keep getting Test DNS Well Known Host Query failed

My DSL keep dropping.

The ethernet green light on the Motorola 2210 keep going out and under Technical Readout it will say:

Test DNS Well Known Host Query failed

I called support and those people in the Philippines just want me to unplug the modem and then tell me the problem is fixed.

What's the number of escalation repair?
