| Scarborough near McCowan and Steels. VERY SLOW! I have Extreme. I just did a speed test on speednet.com
I got 0.38 Mbps Down and 1 Mbps Up! What the deal??? I called rogers... This speed was connect directly to the Cisco Modem from my laptop! They say they can't find anything wrong! They gave me a case number say they will call me back in 24 hours!

Hey I'm at Finch and Neilson and my Highspeed Express that normally runs at 12-18MBps is crawling just like yours at around 0.4 to 1.4Mbps download. I noticed my YouTube buffering like crazy this afternoon but thought it was my PlayBook fault. I will be calling rogers tomorrow morning if the speeds don't return to normal. There must be something wrong on the head end side. |

Same problem here at Neilson and Finch. I will be calling rogers in the morning if my 15 Megs don't return. |

| Great! Speeds are back to normal as of 9:11AM I got 16/0.5 on speedtest. I hope it doesn't happen again. |

| Yeap, I got my back to normal around 12 AM last night. I just did a test now, I get 38.36 Mbps down... Everything seem to be back to normal. |
