OP, the best this you can do is get a decent sized PVC conduit from the house to the outbuilding.
Don't forget, the cable needs to be grounded per NEC requirements at the outbuilding (a single ground rod IS NOT acceptable).
I suggested coax betwixt because you can easily send video and data passively with no conversion (E.G., locate your equipment at the house instead of an outbuilding).
