I had to do an SPC Warranty request and bell still - 8 days later isn't advising correct information via the insurance company.... WHY would they move the warehouse and NOT notify the stakeholders in advance instead of 3 days notice... Ridiculous.
Anyway, I have tried verbally escalating the issue on the telephone but no one seems to know who is responsible for this...
I don't want a billion and one credits... I just want the damned phone without excuses.
I am currently on the old CDMA network with a loner phone, so at minimum I have cell service however am paying for a data plan that I am unable to use.
I would like to know who I can contact to receive immediate resolution on this issue. Again, I don't want credits just want a phone in my hand that is capable of doing what I need.
If anyone has any advice, examples, etc that they could provision to me that would be greatly appreciated.
