They seem to be all day, I just checked again and they are about the same. They are the same even if I take my router out of the mix-brand new Airport Extreme. the modem is the Motorola Surfboard. Don't know how to look for levels or packet loss. |

Signal levels look good. I'd contact Optimum to report the slow speeds to Optimum West's support. I'm assuming they have DOCSIS 3 fully rolled out based on the lack of new posts stating people received it, so it could either be as easy as a DOCSIS 3 modem install, or it may involve quite a bit more. |
