If you are still using verizon, may I suggest using it through millenicom.com they resell verizon and sprint service for cheaper than sprint and verizon originally sell it for. Also, I went through the same runaround that ATT is giving you, I would suggest not getting the phone unless you actually wanted a home phone, it hasn't helped me, and I have been looking for dsl or cable for about 3 years now.
