To be clear, you mean you don't have an email with TekSavvy or PPPoE? Not the username to conenct but an actual email address?
I only have a PPPoE account @pppoe.ca. As far as I know that account is not valid as an email address.
You'll need an email for our server to authenticate you. Thus the reason you can't send email... post in the »TekSavvy Direct forum with account info & we'll create you an email.Martin
