Hi There,
I'm in the Ottawa region and I'm still experiencing the DHCP issues @ 9:55am. I've tried powering off the modem for 5 minutes but have not had success. Is there anything else that I can do?

Hello there,

You can try doing an ipconfig/release and then a factory reset on your modem followed by an ipconfig/renew. Honestly though you will likely need to wait for this to be resolved externally.
