Former FutureWay areas?

Likely a handful of new condos where they installed FTTH then converted to coax on-premises, like TrailWest in Ottawa.

I don't think i am going to see this upgrade any time soon, my upstream modulation is still 16QAM.

Cogeco and Shaw already have a whole shitload of direct fibre to the home in new developments, to which they convert at the home and otherwise have it function the same way as everyone else's coax. Removing that step and going directly to fibre isn't hard to do. I suspect that there might be more of this out there in Rogersland than one would suspect, particularly since they took over Futureway who were the first to do this 10-15 years ago.

Do we need the 64QAM for the higher speeds...?
