Re: Not Expensive Enough Agreed, a fine of this size is not even a slap on the wrist with the magnitude of business ATT does.
Id like the FCC to require ATT to not only refund customers but to make it widely known and publicized to those customers via text messages, courtesy calls, and bold lettering on there next bills what the refund is for while also informing those swindled customers that if they were switched to a metered plan they have the right to call in and request ( with in a reasonable amount of time say 90 days) to be allowed to have there unlimited plans reinstated with the guarantee it will never be canceled in the future unless the customer choses to cancel it.
What would the US look like if rules similar to that were enforced?
