Not with a contract they won't. Do you really believe there are enough people not under a contract that it will make a difference if they leave? Then only under certain promotions made at certain times will the other carriers pay an ETF to gain customers. So that is out the window too.

Also, just a reminder, but AT&T can and does change the ToS at will, any time they want, without notice to the customer. |
