Hope someone recognizes this. Ive been using blackberries for years and this icon has never appeared. It looks like BBM but its not and its not voicemail since I didnt bother to set voicemail up.

Almost looks like a Blackberry App World message. Have you gone into Appworld to see if there is message there? Probably for a new version of an app you have installed?
