By popular demand this is OBi-202 configuration for Anveo.
Initial configuration was created via OBi portal and I tweaked a couple options manually. One was related to MWI (message waiting indicator) that didn't work after portal configuration - I had stutter but lamp on the phone was not blinking. This is related to SP1 Service Screen/Calling features section. I may have changed one or more of the following:
MWIEnable
MWIEnable2
X_VMWIEnable
X_VMWIEnable2
I don't remember what else I changed.
I've attached screenshots for all that I think is relevant and has values different from default.
This is complete OutboundCallRoute from Physical Interfaces/Phone1 Port screen:
