I tried to contact NRTC via web site; here's what I get back when filling out a form message, and using their password entry.

An error occurred while validating the form. Please check the submitted values.

Hence, their form message is a joke, cause you can't send a message cause their generated password don't work. I tried this months ago, and got the same response...nothing.
