Hi Elizabeth. Thanks for your reply. I'm going to look at it tonight. It seems ok now, the light went back to solid green shortly after my original post. My internet didn't ever go down and I did a speed test when it was flashing. Still got ~900Kbps up. I was more curious about what it meant than anything, but I'll check the upstream channels and signal levels later tonight.
