I really don't get the point of increasing speeds if you don't increase caps...probably should move to bell, better download speeds, way better upload speeds, no p2p throttling, and bigger caps. All for 10 bucks more =/

Yup that's been my argument for a year. All Rogers plans are overpriced and outdated. Lite is particularly pathetic because you can't even Skype properly with 256kbps anymore.
