I have been trying to get my ultra tv installed for days now. and wow seams to be cluless as to what is going on and why my ultra tv is not working. So I thought I would reach out to forums to help speed up ths process.
Arris modem/router installed and working as I can access net. I can not however access the router config page. 192.168.0.1 router is working as you can tell from this message. it does respond to ping.

reply to billmalbon Fixed thanks to tech 7151 something to do with the IP address of the gateway. Notes indicated gatway had no ip address hard to read on Field servce report. (not sure how network was working if gateway had no IP) but hey its working now.
Re: ultra tv unprovsioned can not connect to service
From what I can tell the modem and the Media section seem somewhat independent. My first hub worked for internet and I could get to 192.168.100.1 and see info, but all TV was in the crapper, and no access to 192.168.0.1 after it failed.
I've been great, Ultra's been great, and I'm very pleased since this initial bump in the road. --
