Since this past Monday, my Fibe TV PVR unit is not working correctly. Called on Tuesday and went thru a telephone diagnosis with the Fibe agent. He agreed that the PVR needs to be replace but Repairs never called me back for an appointment. Called on Wednesday morning and Repair appointment was able to be scheduled for 12:00pm to 6:00pm. The tech arrived around 4:00pm and just "played" with the component cables and declared the problem "repaired."
PVR is still not working this morning and Fibe TV support is wanting to start a new "problem" ticket!! What going on!!!!
