I've had the ST SIM (AT&T) unlimited plan for 4 months now using a Google Nexus phone without any problems. Haven't pushed the envelope on data usage since usually in WIFI range when not driving though. If you intend on streaming more than 100 MB/day the rumor is it would be a problem. I've tethered, streamed, VPNed without problem but with limited usage. I agree the TOS are ridiculous.
