Matt_31 posted : I am using a Model TM502G (from Insight) and checked and was able to log in ok. Then checked the Comcast tech report and they said the error was ..

I will confirm this right now. Yes when a 40X,50X,60X Arris cable modem is in IPv6 mode on the DOCSIS side or the cable modem management side the status page doesnt work on the LAN side. This is a known bug that Arris is working on fixing in a new code release. As of today I dont have an ETA on the new code release. But I have been on top of this and working with the vendor to get this corrected.

So looks like it needs a firmware update that they are "making" ... Heres my firmware

Firmware Name: TS060167A_080609_MODEL_4_5
Firmware Build Time: Thu Aug 6 22:35:37 EDT 2009

So check to see if yours is newer and maybe that might be the issue. I dunno otherwise but maybe this info can be of some help.
--
Intel I7-930 2.80GHz, X58A-UD3R Mobo, G.Skill 6GB Triple Channel Ram, EVGA 560 Video, Samsung 830 256GB SSD, 2 VelociRaptors 150GB Each, Windows 7 Home Premium x64,

njandtmp posted : i have recently been experiencing Intermittent connection issues. When using my Work VPN, I am losing connection and dropping call on Cisco softphone.
When I tried to open the Modem page (192.168.100.1) it had opened. Then the page could not be displayed. Now the page will not open at all, but I still have internet access. It seems this could be an issue with the Arris Touchstone modems (»forums.comcast.com/t5/Connectivi···#M153378).
How can I confirm this is an issue and should I contact Insight and request a new Cable Modem.
-I would post the exact modem, but I cannot access the Modem web page.

Thanks.
