WOW Ultra TV recording stop time

Is anyone having a problem with the WOW Ultra TV recording stop times? I have set my series options to record the shows for 1 minute late (90 minutes late on Sundays due to football) since the networks insist on running their shows past the record time that the DVR normally picks up. No matter what I do, it will not record the extended time. Why? What am I doing wrong? It also does this is I schedule a show to "record once", does not record the extended time that I told it to. Help. Thank you to anyone that can assist!

I have my defaults set to start 1 minute early and end 2 minutes late.

I have not had an issue with this working on any recording.

After selecting the extra 90 minutes, you have to highlight and hit OK on the "record once" option. The problem is that you have to scroll up to see that option to select it. It's not the most intuitive set-up I've ever seen.

For manual recordings I normally his record once then go back and adjust the end time. I've never had to reselect "record once" to get it to save.

I've never tried to adjust the end of a single scheduled recording so their could be some oddity there.

Thanks. I tried what you said and it still doesn't record the extended time. UGH, it is just so frustrating. I might go back to the old system, at least then I could schedule a manual recording for 3 hours and know that the show would be there even if football didn't end on time. Ultra tv is not living up to my expectations.

Can you bring one of your Sunday recordings that you've set to record an extra 90minute up on screen and take a picture of the settings? Then post that picture so we can see it?
