<description><![CDATA[Skippy25 posted : Aren't data limits the entire reason for their lame duck excuse?<br><br>Why do they need to restrict applications if they are restricting the amount of data?<br><br>They caved because I am sure the FCC contacted them at some point and they were afraid if they continued the fines will be greater once the FCC does come down on them for this.
