The left part of the ceiling goes up to the windows.. In the middle of the office the ceiling is a bit lower...

Haha, yeah I'm surprised the picture turned out with that death stare!
Those are work force managers... They manage everything going on in real time.. If something starts happening they will take actions to deal with it.. Anything from calling people in for extra help to shifting bodies from one queue to another to help with volume..

She also had some dental work done yesterday so I believe her entire mouth was frozen

Is this mostly support/helpdesk staff in the picture? I think I see a few headsets on people so guessing so.
As a programmer I have to say that seeing pics of these kinds of open office layouts scares me. I don't find it helps you concentrate at all, heh. But helpdesk type stuff is a different story. |

They blast marketing campaigns, outages, service levels, fun stuff around the office such as Halloween pictures, pizza days etc.
