Google → [Apps] Calendar app scheduler

I am a substitute teacher and want to keep all necessary information on my handheld---I currently am using Jorte and have downloaded Agenda widget (but have not fully installed this one yet) What would allow me to keep track of my obligations with the schools (about 100 different ones possible) but allow easy entry and allow printing a hard copy if necessary---I sure need some help here as I have had to return to work after 10 years of retirement as well is just getting into using this (Samsung Vitality) smartphone (at 69 years old) from Cricket.
