I have killed Galleon on my DK and Sha of Anger as well. I got my other 2 90's and each of them have a Sha kill but no Galleon yet.

Just behind the silken fields, across the river. You will see an area cleared out where he will spawn. I think the spawn timer is 21 hours?

Trust me, you will see him when he is there. Giant mushan lizard, about 20 times larger than the ones in the are, with two large cannons on his back.

300 million health. Which is the part I missed the first time I saw him.

I'm guessing you play on a low-medium pop realm if you actually had time to form a group to kill him after he spawned.

I know hes usually dead 1 min on my realm. Usually 3-4 raid groups camping him hourss before his suspected spawn time.

I think I have the same problem, there's normally a raid group or two camped on halfhill with a look out ready to charge in to kill him.

and currently I'm on a pvp server with more horde than ally so any ally trying will get killed.

we need to form 2-3 40main pvp raids to defend the Galleon raid.

I am on the US-Perenolde server. Have been seeing a few DSLR-Silvermoon members in Goldshire, thinking we may be linked. Be an honor to run with some of the DSLR members in a random.

BTW for Galleon while xrealming the fight is possible the loot is not, and there isn't any telling as to which server will get the loot.

Only seen Galleon twice since expansion hit.. the first time when nobody was 90 yet to tacke him, bunch of 86-87's tried and failed many times, the second time about 3 weeks ago, of course nobody invited me to a raid and they didn't share tags at all..

I do the halfill quest every day with 3 toons and haven't seen him from that time.

I think the spawn timer is about 70 hours or so..

ah. I've heard from horde on our server that he's never alive for more than 10min, and it's usually during the work day.

Yup, this is where the basement dwelling raiders have a real advantage, most of the times I hear he was killed last was at either 2-4am or right after resets in the morning.

Times where us normal 9-5 working folk have no chance at actually ever killing him.

I think I killed him the week the game came out, only because he spawned at 5:30pm.(On a Sunday)

Nice generalization there JB. "basement dwelling raiders." Sorry you're too slow and not dedicated enough to get this particular world boss down. One day you'll get to see him as i highly doubt you "killed" him in the week MoP launched.

I don't know about you but I've never seen him up.

Normally he's dead and despawned.

and I don't have any problem seeing that JB downed him week 1.

I'd bet he was off work and up alot around that time.

and its just a world boss the only hard part is having him up.

I have had 2 guildies get the achieve. The thing that pissed me off was a level 8 mage in our guild got in that group. If he would of won mage gear at lev 88 on an alt, well lets just say i would of prob logged off for the day.
