Rogers issue appears to be resolved, we have had quite a few reports of customers who are now back online. At this time we ask that you perform a 3 minute power cycle on your modem and if you are still offline please post here: »TekSavvy Direct so that we can get the required information to open a ticket for you.

It was back in Scarborough when I got home from work.

No power cycle was necessary, and there was nothing abnormal in the modem log. I suppose the issue was further down the land in Rogers land.

Wonder if that's the same lights the rest of you had, it kept cycling until the internet was back up. I was up around 4:15 PM, York Mills POI. Sorry for the grainy video.

Back online now. Fallowfield POI. Not reboot necessary here.

Also, when I try to login with my username and password from the reply box it doesn't recognise my credentials, but it works fine when I use the login screen from the top bar. Maybe I'll file a bug report sometime.

Comstock issues was 2 days ago
My modem logs are all clear with not even a DHCP renew request at all since Wednesday!

But damn Rogers had quite an issue today! At least it got fixed before prime time

Interestingly enough, since it came back up, my lease time is back to 7 days (was 1 hour up to the outage).

My lease time also reflects 7 days as opposed to the 1 hour nonsense they had us all dealing with before. (On the Fallowfield POI)
