| Cable internet problems in East Toronto area Hi,
Anyone aware of cable internet trouble in East Toronto area? Postal Code: M4H 1J6?
Internet access has been very intermittent since yesterday evening. Contacted my friends with Rogers service and they reported similar issues. Rogers has said they will dispatch to fix the trouble for them. But this appears to be a much wider problem. Hope that would resolve my problem as well.
Checked Distributel website and they reported no problems yesterday evening. However today it states cable internet problem in Ottawa area

Still experiencing intermittent service outages every few hours. Update from Distributel:
We are currently experiencing an issue with our cable internet service for certain customers in Ottawa and Toronto. The modem will show nominal signal lights or the online light will be flashing, however browsing the internet will be unavailable. Our network engineers and the relevant carrier are working to resolve the issue. No ETR is available at this time. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
