For instance, running multiple speedtests from all the locations in my state and the next nearest big city you get huge variations.  A couple sites will never go above 40mb, one will give me the same results as speedtest.charter.com and the rest will be between 40 and whatever I'm getting at speedtest.charter.com at that time.]]></description>
