Re: [Extreme Plus] New Speeds Effective December 1st I took a closer look at what Rogers injected into my browser last week, and it seems that my Extreme plan is only getting a "SpeedBoost" upgrade. Better than nothing, I guess, but nothing special.

Good question! Yes, I have a vintage 2004 SB5100 SURFboard modem, DOCSIS 2 only. If I want more than simple speed boost, I guess I'll have to shell out for a DOCSIS 3 modem.
