Rogers clients as far as Bowmaville, I'm in Scarborough, is having issues too. My buddy on Rogers in Bowmanville said his entire building went out because of the "new modems" according to Rogers. Their speed boost is causing them more headaches than they thought I guess. The transition to the new speeds aren't going too well for them I guess. I just hope we don't have to buy new modems again because Rogers is giving out new modems to get the new speeds according to Rogers.

Frustrated because I couldn't get internet despite power cycling cable modem & router. Called Start a short while ago, then the line went back on about 2 minutes afterwards while speaking on the phone with support tech. It's OK now: ping: 42 ms Down: 14.20 Mbps Up: 0.49 Mbps

We've escalated it and they should have enough details, but if you want to call in and create a ticket we can submit on your behalf as well if you'd like.

Any1 else experiencing this ? (Rogers area) damir: Can't remember exactly, but didn't you get the Asus RT-N66U recently, and install Tomato on it ? If so, it's possible that you enabled Incoming QOS. If you set it to something like 31 or 32 mbps, you won't get anything higher than that, including Speedboost.
