I would be open to raiding with everyone from DSLR except one person. that one would be a deal breaker its them or me. would never be both.

Snuffbox to make *whoosh* noises in vent whenever I call out a fight wrong (this is extremely common)

I'd like Archivis to be the server troll, because we lost all our good trolls and now we just have stoners and asshats who can't spell :\

Why? Obviously, all I know is from what I read here, so maybe a bit skewed by how personalities come across.

JB - rarely posts in non-raid related posts, dedicated to raiding, and getting the job done.
Immer - the guild leadership and the appearance of the patience to try to teach the fights to anyone that wants to be productive, and be a contributing factor in the group.
McBrain - he's the big brother no one wants to mess with, he'll kick ass and won't stop to take names, just roll right on to the next fight.
Jobbie - takes direction well, knows what he's doing, willing to keep trying to the group gets it done right.
Venom - the rogue knowledge is priceless, the wilingness to get in close for the fight
Navymaverick - I need to learn from his warlock

They pick the others because they know what is needed to best compliment the group - JB and the shaman, Immer and the heals, McBrain and whatever he feels like bringing to the table, can't remember Jobbie - tank?, Venom with his rogues and Navy's warlock.

Great group to take the ring up the mountain, send it back to where it came from.

Assuming the normal make up of 2 tanks 2 heals + 3rd healer with DPS OS and 5 DPS

Tier - Tank
Venom - Tank
Immer -Healer
Jobbie - Healer
secsPanther - Healer (you know who you are, and I'd want to see some of that druid healer dps I saw a pug pull off) (a tree did 60k DPS single target in a recent random)

For DPS Not fully sure ATM, other than Me of course.
Me - R-DPS
McBrain - R-DPS
Muzzle R-DPS
Haven't raided with yet but Cigtyme R-DPS
JB or then a Lock, gotta get those lock summon stones. (I'd want a Lock in there somewhere)

11th slot, role trade advertiser arch
I'd have arch sit in SW and work the AH while we raid, so if someone is a no show we wouldn't have to endure trade to find a replacement.

I think that would be a pretty good group.

Arsinic-knowledgable would like the oppourtunity to raid
Dark-MOAR MAGES
Jobbie-Versatile
NickD-seems like a good progression raider
Tul-he plays all 100 of his toons well
