[Speed] Extreme 105 upgrade

With my triple play, I am able to upgrade to Extreme 105 for a $40 fee (in addition to the cost of the triple play) and I do get the 105 download speed but I am only am getting a 10 upload speed on the Xfinity speed test site.

Was able to make the change at the office but did have to call CS to get the modem config file changed. I did dodge a truck roll and the $249 install fee.

I did get an Arris CM820 modem (for data) and an Arris TM602 for voice (which I relocated to the basement) as my Arris TM 722 (that I own) bit the dust. I would have taken another 722 or an 822 all they had were those gateways (that are more trouble than they are worth).

So, that is 40 dollars a month more then your usual bill correct?
Also with your download speeds that high, if your downloading a file or something...doesn't the serving file system have to be hi-speed capability so you can benefit from those great speeds?

Here is proof that I am getting 105 for a $40 upgrade charge.

I censored out my personal information.

that's interesting, my parents are on the same HD preferred Plus package, and comcast gave them 50Mbit internet for only $5 more a month... when I called up they told me that is impossible.. now you are showing a 105 bill for a whole $40 more a month... btw my parents are not on a promotion, my dad called back after they switched to it to ask if it any term limit promotions where on their service and they where told no..

yet I try to get the same thing and I'm told it doesn't exist, and we are in the same town on the same package and on the same head end of course...
