What a joke...... no technician shows up today. I call their helpdesk and they're having "system issues so i'll be forwarded to tier 2" Hold music for a few minutes and then the call cuts out. Wasn't moving and had a full signal. What kinda BS are these pricks trying to pull?

Why are you wasting your time trying to fix it? All it is doing is upsetting you even more.

Cause in the meantime I have to deal with it. Running 2 small businesses off an unstable line isn't something I can just sit idly by for.
