1 edit | [Connectivity] Random disconnects since Sandy - LHV Ever since my service was restored after the Sandy superstorm, I've been getting random disconnects from the internet. The disconnects don't last very long... generally only 5-10 seconds, but it is enough to disconnect me from gaming servers & streaming services.
I originally though it was simply because some parts of Lehigh Valley weren't fully recovered from the storm, but power has been restored to the vast majority of the area for about a week now, so I would expect service to be near what it was prior to the storm. Plus, my speeds are back to pre-storm levels.
Tried nearly everything on my end. Modem restarts, DHCP lease renewals, etc. etc.
Any ideas before I call tech support? |
