Rate increase 2012

Just noticed in the small print of page 2 of the bill this month that my area is getting a rate increase, roughly 5% (or about $6.50 for me).

Anyone else seen it?

I think I saw it too when I looked at my online bill...is it this:

Customers not in a bundled package with a
guaranteed rate will notice adjustments to the price of some
services, effective December 2012. Specifically, RTC fee will
increase $1.68 per month, Video Basic Expanded will increase
$3.00 per month, Digital Family Tier will increase $1.00 per
month, Digital Game & Sports Tier will increase $1.00 per month,
Digital Movie Tier will increase $1.00 per month, High Speed
Internet will increase $2.00 per month and monthly modem rental
will increase $.50 per month.

Or something else?

Attention Suddenlink Customers: You will soon notice adjustments
to the price of some services, effective with your December,
2012 billing. Specifically, Basic will increase $2.50 per month;
Internet with Video will increase $4.00 per month; Internet only
will increase $5.00 per month; Broadcaster Surcharge will
increase $1.40 per month; and Digital will increase $1.00 per
month. Customers with phone packages will see an increase of
$2.00 unless the package has been guaranteed for life. These
guaranteed packages are rate protected. These adjustments are
necessary due to the rising cost of TV programming, equipment,
insurance, network expenses for Internet service, and other
factors. Taxes, fees, and surcharges will also be adjusted
accordingly

Yeah, I was surprised the rate only went up from $30 -> $43 after I unbundled.
