 | [CenturyTel] Great tech support experience from CenturyLink I have just had a great tech support experience with CL. Starting about 10 days ago, I was having internet speed and connection problems. Over that period, I talked to at least 5 tech support people and one sales person. Of the tech support folks, the first was so-so, but the last two were just super. The penultimate one insisted that I accept a new modem, which seems to have solved my problem (at least today ), while the final one spent almost an hour with me helping me set up my new modem and getting it going with my existing network. These two guys treated me as a partner, not an idiot, and both gave me significant tech information.
Kudos to CenturyTel, with whom I have previously had only mediocre experiences.
