Any OS, 64bit or 32bit compatibility issues? |
|
 | As far as I've heard, it should run on XP, Vista, Windows 7 and 8, both 32 and 64bit |

I wonder how this will ultimately compare to Zemana when no longer in Beta. Anyone have any feeling about that? |

I am running Windows 7 Pro x64 and have my system drive encrypted with Truecrypt. The program is identifying all the sectors as forged. Not sure if this is a side effect of encryption or not. -- »www.teknonerd.com

Thanks Cudni, Probably going to be a winner like there malware killer (MWAM),but because it is still in Beta, going to wait before I would install it,and wait for the Final product...Could see this app seriously borking a OS... |
|
jaykaykay4 Ever YoungPremium,MVM join:2000-04-13 Scottsdale, AZ kudos:23 | I will also wait for a finished product, but I would still like to know how this compares to Semana? I am not touting Zemana but asking how Malwarebytes Anti-Root kit is going to do any more than Zemana does. I cann't believe that all of you gurus wouldn't have an answer! |

Thank you for your reply, although I still don't know the answer. I know what Zemana is. I have been runnning it for some time. If I am missing something, please let me know, but how does this new program do anything more than what is already being done by Zemana, and I presume other anti-loggers? Is there some reason, due to how MBAR runs, that it is a better program and that Zemana or the like should be replaced? -- JKK

| Your question is a valid one, jaykaykay I would not mind knowing myself. I'll seek info at MBAM Forums. |

Err... not quite, you said: As far as I've heard, it should run on XP, Vista, Windows 7 and 8, both 32 and 64bit I was pointing at a link that lists the minimum system requirements, though, your information seems to be more current.

Thank you. I am still surprised at not having a response from anyone else. I certainly cannot be the only one using Zemana/like program. If one cannot find a comparison here and has to go elsewhere, that isn't to heartening. |
