WOW Latency Issues when gaming.
I am a former broadstripe customer in the mid-Michigan area. Lately I have been experiencing very bad latency problems while gaming, and even complete loss of connection.
About a week ago I spoke to WOW customer service for over 20 minutes for him to tell me the problems were on my end. Since then, I have made sure that the problem is not on my end. Even when plugged directly into the modem, the problem still occurs and WOW refuses to acknowledge that there "might" be a problem on their end.
Any support or feedback would be appreciated.
