The Moto NVG510 is for the U-Verse ADSL2+ IPDSLAM service. It has a b/g/n single band WiFi radio. And it has 4 wired ethernet ports, and a single 2-line VoIP output port. It supports U-Verse internet and/or U-Voice VoIP
The 2Wire/Pace 3801HGV is for the U-Verse VDSL2 FTTN service or BPON FTTP service. It has a b/g single band WiFi radio. And it has 4 wired ethernet ports, and a single 2-line VoIP output port. It also has a Coax port, which can be used to feed the VDSL2 broadband signal to the modem and/or output HPNA over coax from the modem to TV STBs (main use) or to other HPNA compatible devices.
