What happen to iPad app?

Checked Apple APP store and the DVR manager is gone. What happen? How can I download the app now?

I emailed Vz to find out a week or so ago, here is their answer:

I apologize for the inconvenience.
We are fixing few issues with the App and it should be released in the next few weeks.
