In my setup I have a two-way with one leg feeding the modem and the second leg feeding another two-way for my two TVs.

Same thing could be accomplished by using the -3.5dB tap of an unbalanced three-way.

Or, you could use a three way balanced splitter that I think is something like -5.5dB on each port.

Currently the coax by the computer is on the last leg of the splitter. Should it be moved to the first leg?

And an FYI: Charter's going all-digital with only the locals unencrypted November 16th in the Auburn, AL market. Found that out from a charter rep.
