Re: [TWC] Motorola DRV DCX3510-M New user of this DVR after having TiVo for many years. I've been trying to find out if an external esata drive would work with it. Contacted Time Warner help on twitter and they said they don't support it. I'm just not sure if that means they don't provide tech support to help you with it or it is turned off and won't work at all. Kind of want to be sure before I go out and purchase a new drive. Thanks for any help. |

As far as I know, any external drives will not work unless your cable company enables the port, and I dont think any do at this point. If they have, it would be news to me. |
