Since none of our DVR gurus replied...sorry about that. I gave them a couple of days hoping that some self help would take place.
1) That's an odd one and I'm looking into it...gonna be a day or two.

Im not familiar with the Motorola boxes but the last complaint sounds awfully similar to the cisco/samsungs when its changing resolutions. Check the settings and see if there are options to change resolutions, if so then only have the 1080I selected and that should clear up the channel changing issue.
