Line running slow, and also dropping.

Hello,

For the past week or so my DSL line has been dropping quite a bit and also the download/upload rates are bouncing all over. I have the elite package, which usually serves me well. Here are is the current modem info (like i said, the download and upload are always bouncing around, never making it above 3000kbps, also the upload has stayed more consistent.).

DSL Connection Details
DSL Line (Wire Pair): Line 1 (inner pair)
Protocol: G.DMT Annex A
Downstream Rate: 704 kbps
Upstream Rate: 672 kbps
Channel: Fast
Current Noise Margin: 6.0 dB (Downstream) 5.0 dB (Upstream)
Current Attenuation: 56.3 dB (Downstream) 31.5 dB (Upstream)
Current Output Power: 16.5 dBm (Downstream) 7.9 dBm (Upstream)
DSLAM Vendor Information: Country: {0x0F} Vendor: {ALCB} Specific: {0x00}
PVC Info: 0/35

Also, I went around and did a filter check on the phone jacks, all are plugged in. I also have reset the router a few times. Nothing has changed around my home to make me think it was my end, but then again I've been wrong before.

-Thank you for your time-

Have you checked the stats at your NID: »AT&T Southeast Forum FAQ »How to check modem stats, synch rates & speeds from test jack at the NID. That will prove whether the problem is on your line or in your internal wiring.

Your attenuation is horrid, and your SNR is very low.
