I was lucky to have Caller ID on TV show up within about 6 hours of a swapped box install. It should be up within 24 hours in most cases. 48 hours at the latest.

We've had this box for 2 months now in the LA area and many issues are Navigator related. Most notably the channel changing speed and remote control input response are inconsistent. Other than that the 500 GB hard drive and the online DVR manager are really nice to have.
