Not arguing, just curious for my own education: Which table & column should I be looking at for this situation?
I'm looking at Table B.310.15(B)(2)(1) over the 90C rating (copper).
But I admit that table wouldn't apply once it's in the attic. |

The termination temp needs to be taken into account.
Generally speaking, all ampacities for "NM-type-ish" cables should be done from the 60 degree column.
