serge87 posted : For those of you guys besides myself who have switched from Business to Residential or vice-versa, when you cancelled the former account did you return the Actiontec router? Or were you told to keep it and use it with the new account?

I was told by the sales rep that cancelled my business line and put my order for residential through that I could keep my rev. G as it is sufficient for the new plan. Although a few days after the new account had been up and running I received a UPS return label for which I presume is for returning the router back to VZ Business? The tech who came to swap in a new ONT for the residential order didn't even mention giving me a new router since I already had one from FIOS Business.

I know this beast known as 'Verizon Billing' all too well and do not want to end up fighting an 'unreturned equipment' fee :(
