Re: [DSL] slow down speed
So after troubleshooting it out over and post optimization my slow speeds persist. unfortunately my old house is not wired such that I can test at the telephone box outside my house, so we scheduled at&t to come out and check the lines... lets see...
I will say that on this forum and on the phone the level of courtesy and professionalism that DSL extreme display is very refreshing... Despite my problem still persisting I feel that they have explained and outlined the process to resolution in a great manner to put me at ease that we will figure it out eventually... I remember reading some posts about sub par service in the past and had reservations about choosing this ISP but I must say that in the case of DSL Xtreme I have had a very pleasant customer service experience.
