I've used synology server with FTP at home and also FileZilla server on my laptop. Both with same results. Instead of work internet I also tried other ISPs with same result. I have checked speed limits and they are not turned on anywhere. Synology engineers logged into my server and pointed fingers on the ISP. Everything is wired and on the local LAN there is no speed issue.
