OK Thanks!In downgrading,to Express 8, it appears I ony get 5 and will need to eliminate two of the 7 email addresses we have.Question: If I wish to eliminate the primary email address, can this be done?I tried using the Cogeco Account management site to delete email addresses and received this message:"Sorry, your request was not processed due to unavailability of the system. Please try again later." ?????????
Call a Cogeco Tech Support agent to get assistance on that. From what I remember in doing the same thing years ago, they can have it done quickly for you
